Privacy Policy

This policy explains what I collect and how I use it, in plain language, because you deserve to know.

What I collect. When you join my email list or download a free resource, I collect your name and email address through Flodesk, my email platform. When you purchase Seven Days of Sales or a custom session, your payment is processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data under their own security standards and privacy policy. When you email me or reply to my emails, I keep those messages so I can respond and support you.

How I use it. I use your information to deliver what you signed up for, send you the emails you opted into, provide customer support, and occasionally tell you about offers I think will help your business. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.

What I never do. I never sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Third-party services. This site and my business use a small set of service providers to operate: Stripe for payments, Flodesk for email, Notion for product delivery, and standard website hosting. Each processes only what it needs to do its job, under its own privacy policy.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can email me at natalie@perfectyourcx.com to ask what information I hold about you or to request its deletion.

Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
