Terms and Conditions

These terms cover purchases from Perfect Your CX, including Seven Days of Sales and custom sessions. Buying either one means you agree to them.

What you are buying. Seven Days of Sales is a digital product delivered as an online hub with accompanying emails. Access is delivered immediately after purchase through your confirmation page and email. A custom session is a scheduled 60-minute working session with me, booked through the scheduling link you receive after payment.

Your license. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the materials in your own business. The materials, including all scripts, prompts, templates, trackers, and page content, are the intellectual property of Perfect Your CX. Sharing your access, redistributing the materials, reselling them, or using them to build a competing product is a violation of these terms.

Results disclaimer. Seven Days of Sales teaches sales practices built on reconnecting with your existing clients and contacts. I share methods that have worked in my business and in businesses I have worked with, and no specific result, income, or outcome is guaranteed or implied. Any examples of results are illustrative. Your outcomes depend on your business, your offers, your market, and your follow-through.

Refunds. Because this is a digital product with immediate access to everything, all sales are final. If something is broken, if you cannot access your materials, or if anything about your purchase went wrong, email me at natalie@perfectyourcx.com and I will make it right.

Custom sessions. Sessions are scheduled after payment through the link provided. If you need to reschedule, give me at least 24 hours of notice and we will find a new time. Sessions unattended without notice are not refunded.

Not professional advice. The materials are business education. They are general information, and nothing in them is legal, financial, or tax advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Your CX's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
